Ripplecom has been awarded the prestigious CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Accredited Employer standard from Engineers Ireland following an audit of the company’s lifelong learning practices for their engineering professionals.

Ripplecom is the first Telecommunications provider to achieve the accreditation following a robust audit of the organisations processes and technical development programs. It joins an elite shortlist including GE Healthcare, Siemens, ESB Networks, ComReg and Bord Gais.

'Ripplecom, based in Limerick, has the largest footprint. John Regan, Head of Sales, said that the company has 70% coverage across the country and has tripled subscribers since 2009.

Irish-based Wireless Broadband Service Provider Ripplecom announced today (Friday 17 June 2011) that it has acquired the broadband network previously operated by Last Mile Broadband for an undisclosed sum.

LIMERICK based wireless broadband provider, Ripplecom has been included in the 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 winners list.
