Ripplecom are delighted to announce the winning of an extensive piece of multi-site business in providing Caherdavin Credit Union with a complete telecoms solution that covers both data and voice connections. With over 14,000 customers across 5 branches in the greater Limerick City area, they had a requirement to consolidate and standardise their telecommunications infrastructure. The desired solution necessitated the replacement of multiple standalone telephone systems with a single scalable system that would facilitate continued growth, supplying a single IVR menu to callers and extension to extension dialling across the group. In addition, the group required a high speed resilient data network engineered to remain operational at all times.
