Safety First: Red Weather Alert
For Ripplecom, as for all employers, the safety of our team is our number one priority at this time. This means that Ripplecom staff will be leaving the office in the early afternoon today (Thursday 1 March 2018) and not returning until it is safe to do so. For many, that will mean Monday morning.
Network Monitoring, Customer Service and Technical Support
However, our network will be fully monitored throughout the severe weather alert period and over the weekend. We have also been busy putting arrangements in place to allow our Customer Service and Technical Support Teams to continue to operate remotely this afternoon and tomorrow, Friday 2 March 2018.
