To minimise any risk of service disruption at this busy time of year, we will be implementing a change freeze over the Christmas period. This means non-essential changes to our network will be suspended in line with industry best practice.
As always, we will be regularly monitoring our network throughout the entire holiday period with field engineers on-call in case of any major issues.
Setting up your voice service for the holiday season
We know that many of you will be taking a well earned break over the Christmas and New Year period. Please be aware that our network freeze will commence on Friday 21st December. If you require any seasonal changes to your Ripplecom set-up, please contact our support team before then to ensure sufficient time for completion.
