Customer Portal

Our secure, online portal allows customers to manage their Ripplecom account at a time, and place, that suits them.

  • Monitor data usage throughout the month to avoid any excess charges
  • Test the speed of your broadband using our speedtest server
  • Manage invoices: view bills and pay online at your convenience
  • Voice customers can also view their call history and itemised phone bills
  • Go to https://www.ripplecom.net/eup-login
  • Select Forgot username and password (as pictured below).
  • New log in details will be issued to the email address listed on your customer account.

1. Log onto https://www.ripplecom.net/eup-login

Select Usage details.

3. Use the dropdown menu to select and view the usage breakdown for any billing period (month) within the last 12 months.
