Quick guide to troubleshooting
We are sorry you are encountering difficulties with your Ripplecom service. We fully understand how frustrating that must be. In our experience, most problems can be resolved by following the steps outlined in the short video at the bottom of the page. If this Troubleshooting Guide does not resolve the issue, please contact us to open a support ticket.
Please do not press the reset button on your router or our equipment. A reset will remove all settings on the devices and require them to be returned to Ripplecom for complete reconfiguration which may incur a service charge.
